Set Up Your Store
You will create your store on the customized e-commerce platform. Once your application is approved, you will be granted the permission to open your store. In your store, the team will guide you on selling products and services on the e-commerce platform and facilitate interaction with mentorship teams.

Observe Operations
In the program, you will learn through browsing successful case studies and shared experiences of other stores. You will acquire knowledge in marketing strategies, product management, customer relations, and more. This includes but is not limited to market positioning, product selection strategies, customer service, marketing promotions, data analysis, etc. These experiences will help you accumulate practical e-commerce skills.

Incentive Subsidies
The program encourages and supports the development and growth of participants. Incentive subsidies are a financial support program designed for you. They aim to provide economic assistance, stimulate innovation, and help participants achieve better outcomes in the program. The subsidies, which can be up to $100 per week, can be used freely based on your own needs.
